Project Details

The Welton 8 hotel is a design project. This hotel is on a land area of 15,300 square meters and is located in Bo Win Subdistrict, Sri Racha District, Chonburi Province, Thailand. it consists of the following:

A 7 storey reinforced concrete hotel building with basement, with the total area of 6,100 square meters
A 7 storey reinforced concrete condominium building, with the total area of 4,300 square meters
A 7 storey reinforced concrete condominium building, with tthe total area of 4,050 square meters
A 2 storey reinforced concrete reception and restaurant building, with the total area of 880 square meters

The total project value is 320 million baht (equivalent to 8.56 million EUR or 7.44 million GBP or 9.88 million USD)(Based on exchange rates as of August 2025)

Project was completed in February 2025
