Project Details

Samadul is a resort and hotel located in Ranong Province, it has a land area of 15,065 square meters. This project is a design project which consists of the following:

A buidling containing the lobby, office, coffee shop, restaurant and a place behind it, this has a total area of 920 square meters. An outdoor area containing a pool bar and seafood outdoor, the total area of this part is 200 square meters. The hotel building contains the Duplex and Standard type rooms the total area of this building is 1447 square meters. The Island building consists of SPS Sweet and Spa & Massage has a total area of 595 square meters Lastly the Villas which has the Villa Suite, the Villa Sweet and the Villa Family have a total area of 1080 square meters

The total project value is 110 million baht(equivalent to 2.94 million EUR or 2.56 million GBP or 3.40 million USD)(Based on exchange rates as of August 2025)

The project was completed in August 2024
